Sharing device logs

The device logs internal events of the Eyer application and hardware. The Phelcom Technical Support team can request them to identify and solve issues on your device. To access the logs, navigate to “Options” > “Device” > “Logs”.

On the Logs screen, select the arrow to view created logs. Then, select the three dots icon.

To send the logs press “Enviar Logs“, you should see a green message indicating that it was successful.
