SMB connection failed:
- Check the error message by clicking on the red X next to the “Test Connection” button;
- Check if the IP address is correct;
- If you used the automatic installer (for Windows) check that you entered the information correctly (the input is case sensitive):
- Action: Mirror
- Share Name: Eyer
- User: eyer
- Server and password: as shown on the command prompt
- If the connection still fails, activate the mobile hotspot on the computer, connect Eyer to the hotspot and change the Server to 192.168.137.1
If your images are disappearing on from the server and only one remains:
- Check the filename structure (Eyer 1, Eyer 2), the images are being uploaded with the same name and therefore being overwritten, change the naming for the files so that the images have different names (e.g. add image_unique_Id to the end of the structure).
SMB, FTP, DICOM connection suddenly stopped working:
- Check whether the IP address (Windows, Mac) of the server has changed. If it has edit this information on the server settings on your device;
- Create another connection with the same information;
