This procedure should only if our Technical Support team asks you. Under normal operating conditions, the smartphone must remain attached to the Eyer device.

The communication between the Eyer and the smartphone is established via a USB-C connector located on the bottom of the phone. Therefore, the removal must be performed with care.

Step-by-Step for Safe Removal:

1. Locate the 1.5mm Allen key that comes with the equipment.
2. Find the fixing screw on the top part of the Eyer device.
3. Turn the screw to unscrew but don’t remove totally the screw.

Removal: Carefully pull the smartphone forward and then upwards to detach it from the USB-C connector.
