Images captured with the Eyer are normally sent to the cloud platform, Eyercloud , but they can also be sent to an external server of your choice. To configure the FTP server, follow the steps below after login in your Eyer device:

. Select “FTP“
Configure the equipment with FTP server data
First, set up the equipment with the basic server data so that Eyer knows where and how send the images.
ACTION: This defines how the device behaves when sending images to the server.
. Primary: The primary communication server (Eyercloud). This cannot be removed, only disabled.
. Mirroring: All information generated by the device will be synchronized to all mirroring servers, in addition to the primary server.
. Contingency: This will only be used if the primary server fails.
. Manual: The server will be available for sending information, but it will not be used unless manually selected.
. Disabled: The server will be inactive.
NAME: Put here the name of FTP Server.
KEY: This is automatically generated based on the server name. It must be unique and in the format of three uppercase characters (A-Z) and three numbers (0-9).
Next, you need to configure the server’s INPUT and OUTPUT information. This means you must specify where Eyer will receive data from the server and where it should send data to.
INPUT FTP SERVER:
. SERVER: Server’s IP address.
. PORT: Server’s access port.
. INPUT DIRECTORY: FTP directory
. USER: related to server directory
. PASSWORD: related to server directory
. FLAG USE FTPS: FTPS encryption option.
. FTPS TYPE: Set as “Explicit” or “Implicit”
. SSL/TLS: Set as “Auto”, “TLSv1”, “TLSv1.1” or “TLSv1.2”
OUTPUT FTP SERVER:
. SERVER: Server’s IP address.
. PORT: Server’s access port.
. INPUT DIRECTORY: FTP directory
. USER: related to server directory
. PASSWORD: related to server directory
. FLAG USE FTPS: FTPS encryption option.

Finally, flag if you want sync data without patient, specify your desired file structure and data transfer format DICOM or JPG.
