Access EyerCloud, navigate to “Patients” and click “Create“.
To create a patient profile it is necessary for the patient to agree to have their data be shared through EyerCloud.
Fill in the blanks with the patient’s data. The required fields are: First and Last Name, and whichever document was chosen during clinic creation.
Including the patient’s diopter information is recommended, but not required, as providing this information will automatically adjust the focus of the camera when opening an exam for this patient.
Once finished press “Save” to confirm your alterations.
