No, the only one allowed to edit a user’s information is themselves. Even as an Owner or administrator of a clinic, the only person who can change a user’s data and password is the user themself.
Therefore, if it is necessary to change any user information:
- Ask the user to log into EyerCloud with their email and password.
- Make sure they are within the correct Clinic.
- Find the gear icon.
- Access their own user profile.
- Change the necessary information.”
- After making the changes click “Update”
