A Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Atividades Econ\u00f4micas (CNAE) \u00e9 o instrumento de padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o nacional dos c\u00f3digos de atividade econ\u00f4mica e dos crit\u00e9rios de enquadramento utilizados pelos diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os tribut\u00e1rios do Brasil. Desse modo, facilita a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e a cobran\u00e7a de impostos das diversas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Cada c\u00f3digo cont\u00e9m 7 algarismos e determina a natureza dos servi\u00e7os prestados conforme 5 grupos: Se\u00e7\u00e3o, Divis\u00e3o, Grupo, Classe e Subclasse.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, ao escolher o CNAE, o seu neg\u00f3cio tamb\u00e9m estar\u00e1 ligado a uma al\u00edquota de imposto. Portanto, \u00e9 preciso cuidado para n\u00e3o pagar mais e tamb\u00e9m para n\u00e3o pagar menos e sofrer com consequ\u00eancias como multas pela Receita Federal, por exemplo.<\/p>\n

CNAE para consult\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico: qual escolher?<\/h2>\n

Na maioria dos casos, os consult\u00f3rios e cl\u00ednicas m\u00e9dicas se encaixam na Classe 86.30-5. Essa classe envolve as atividades de aten\u00e7\u00e3o ambulatorial realizadas por m\u00e9dicos e odont\u00f3logos.<\/p>\n

Dentro dessa categoria, existem 7 subclasses:<\/p>\n

8630-5\/01<\/strong>:\u00a0Atividade m\u00e9dica ambulatorial com recursos para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos cir\u00fargicos.<\/p>\n

8630-5\/02:<\/strong>\u00a0Atividade m\u00e9dica ambulatorial com recursos para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exames complementares.<\/p>\n

8630-5\/03<\/strong>: Atividade m\u00e9dica ambulatorial restrita a consultas<\/p>\n

8630-5\/04<\/strong>: Atividade odontol\u00f3gica<\/p>\n

8630-5\/06<\/strong>: Servi\u00e7os de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o e imuniza\u00e7\u00e3o humana<\/p>\n

8630-5\/07<\/strong>: Atividades de reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o humana assistida<\/p>\n

8630-5\/99<\/strong>: Atividades de aten\u00e7\u00e3o ambulatorial n\u00e3o especificadas anteriormente.<\/p>\n

Sem d\u00favida, as tr\u00eas primeiras subclasses listadas acima s\u00e3o as que mais se enquadram com as atividades de cl\u00ednicas e consult\u00f3rios m\u00e9dicos. Dessa forma, o CNAE para consult\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico mais selecionado \u00e9 8630-5\/01, 8630-5\/02 ou 8630-5\/03.<\/p>\n

De fato, seu neg\u00f3cio pode ter mais de uma CNAE, dependendo do tipo de servi\u00e7o realizado.<\/p>\n

Esse c\u00f3digo ser\u00e1 definido logo ap\u00f3s selecionar uma dentre as 54 categorias para organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de atendimento m\u00e9dico. Somente ap\u00f3s essas etapas \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer o\u00a0<\/strong>pedido de alvar\u00e1 de funcionamento\u00a0e outros documentos indispens\u00e1veis para o estabelecimento.<\/p>\n


\n<\/a>CNAE para consult\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico: para que serve?<\/h2>\n

A CNAE \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para obter o CNPJ e abrir a empresa. O c\u00f3digo \u00e9\u00a0requisitado na Ficha Cadastral de Pessoa Jur\u00eddica (FCPJ), preenchida como requerimento para o CNPJ.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o registro\u00a0melhora o controle fiscal\u00a0feito pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais, impedindo assim fraudes no recolhimento de impostos. Caso seja escolhido o CNAE errado ou apenas um c\u00f3digo sendo que o consult\u00f3rio oferece outros servi\u00e7os, podem ocorrer problemas como dificuldade na obten\u00e7\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as e alvar\u00e1s de funcionamento, inconformidade do local em que funciona a cl\u00ednica, perda de incentivos fiscais, cobran\u00e7a indevida de impostos, multas em caso de irregularidades constatadas e danos para a imagem do consult\u00f3rio, dentre outros problemas.<\/p>\n
