Agora, \u00e9 assim que o Grupo de Apoio ao Adolescente e Crian\u00e7a com C\u00e2ncer (GRAACC) examina o fundo dos olhos dos pequenos pacientes atendidos pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, a Phelcom Technologies doou um retin\u00f3grafo port\u00e1til Eyer ao GRAACC. O aparelho funciona acoplado a um smartphone e consegue detectar mais de 50 doen\u00e7as oculares, incluindo c\u00e2ncer. \u201cAvaliamos as crian\u00e7as com possibilidade de retinoblastoma e hemorragia intraocular devido \u00e0 leucemia e suspeitas infecciosas\u201d, explica a pediatra oncologista do GRAACC Carlota Vit\u00f3ria Blassioli Moraes.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/phelcom.com\/pt-br\/blog\/saude\/retinoblastoma\/?preview_id=9672&amp;preview_nonce=48c94bfe2e&amp;preview=true&amp;_thumbnail_id=1418\">retinoblastoma<\/a> \u00e9 um tipo de c\u00e2ncer ocular raro que afeta exclusivamente crian\u00e7as. A doen\u00e7a apresenta alta taxa de cura quando identificada no in\u00edcio: 90%. Entretanto, 50% dos pacientes s\u00e3o diagnosticados j\u00e1 em est\u00e1gio avan\u00e7ado. Por isso, \u00e9 fundamental o diagn\u00f3stico precoce.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9dica, junto com a pediatra oncologista Carla Renata Pacheco Donato Macedo, foram treinadas pela Phelcom para realizar os exames com o Eyer. Atualmente, j\u00e1 foram feitos mais de 10 milh\u00f5es de exames<\/p>\n<p>Integrado a uma plataforma online, o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/phelcom.com\/blog\/eyer-cloud\/\">Eyer Cloud<\/a>, os dados s\u00e3o enviados automaticamente e podem ser analisados remotamente por um especialista em qualquer lugar do mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a intelig\u00eancia artificial embarcada fornece fun\u00e7\u00f5es inteligentes para aux\u00edlio ao diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico e a captura dos exames de retina. Por outro lado, a portabilidade e o valor mais acess\u00edvel da tecnologia democratizam o acesso a exames de retina.
