O retin\u00f3grafo port\u00e1til Eyer, desenvolvido e produzido pela <a href=\"https:\/\/phelcom.com\/pt-br\/empresa\/\">Phelcom<\/a>, acaba de ser aprovado no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>O processo regulat\u00f3rio japon\u00eas para entrada de tecnologias estrangeiras \u00e9 considerado um dos mais desafiadores do mundo. Isso porque h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios players acessados durante o tr\u00e2mite, como DMAH \u2013 Designated Marketing Authorization Holder (representante legal), RCB (organismo certificador terceirizado), Foreigner Manufacturer (fabricante estrangeiro), PMDA (ag\u00eancia reguladora); al\u00e9m de fluxos de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edficos para cada classe de produto. Outra dificuldade foi a barreira lingu\u00edstica, visto que toda documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de refer\u00eancia estava em japon\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>O coordenador de Desenvolvimento de Produtos da Phelcom Technologies, respons\u00e1vel pelo Eyer, Jos\u00e9 Roberto Santiciolli Filho, explica que o processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou no final de 2021, quando a empresa foi homologada no Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, Trabalho e Bem-Estar do Jap\u00e3o (MHLW) na categoria Fabricante Estrangeira. Nesta etapa, foram avaliados toda a infraestrutura fabril e o sistema de Gest\u00e3o de Qualidade.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEm seguida, desenvolvemos o dossi\u00ea t\u00e9cnico do produto de acordo com os padr\u00f5es do PMDA e submetemos toda documenta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e de qualidade \u00e0 avalia\u00e7\u00e3o terceirizada e isenta para, ent\u00e3o, recebermos o certificado\u201d, explica Santiciolli.<\/p>\n<p>Ao longo do processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a Phelcom contou com o apoio e parceria da Allm Inc., investidora com sede no Jap\u00e3o, para interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o com os agentes locais. Ou seja, permite o diagn\u00f3stico remoto.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a intelig\u00eancia artificial embarcada fornece fun\u00e7\u00f5es inteligentes para aux\u00edlio ao diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico e a captura dos exames de retina. Por outro lado, a portabilidade e o valor mais acess\u00edvel da tecnologia democratizam o acesso a exames de retina. Assim, gera mais conforto ao paciente e rapidez no exame.<\/p>\n<h3>BAIXO CUSTO<\/h3>\n<p>A portabilidade e o tamanho reduzido permitem que o Eyer apresente um custo muito mais baixo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos retin\u00f3grafos tradicionais.
