Devido \u00e0 rapidez dos exames e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com uma plataforma online, os laudos puderam ser emitidos por um especialista a quil\u00f4metros de dist\u00e2ncia\u201d, conta Stuchi.<\/p>\n<p>Das 500 pessoas examinadas, 53% n\u00e3o apresentavam complica\u00e7\u00f5es da diabetes nos olhos. J\u00e1 47% foram encaminhadas para tratamento. Destes, 11% foram diagnosticadas com retinopatia diab\u00e9tica (5% em est\u00e1gio moderado\/grave), tamb\u00e9m 11% com glaucoma, 9% com catarata e 4% com maculopatia diab\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Eyer<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O Eyer ser\u00e1 lan\u00e7ado neste ano pela Phelcom. A expectativa \u00e9 que 50 mil pacientes sejam impactados pela tecnologia em 2019. \u201cO nosso objetivo \u00e9 democratizar o acesso a exames oftalmol\u00f3gicos. Atualmente, cerca de 85% das cidades brasileiras n\u00e3o tem acesso a especialistas e aparelhos que fa\u00e7am o diagn\u00f3stico de doen\u00e7as nos olhos\u201d, afirma Stuchi.<\/p>\n<p>Com isso, o Eyer deve auxiliar no combate \u00e0 defici\u00eancia visual grave e cegueira, problemas que atingem mais de 250 milh\u00f5es de pessoas no mundo todo. Hoje, 75% dos casos ocorrem por falta de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, diagn\u00f3stico precoce e tratamento correto. <a href=\"https:\/\/phelcom.com\/\">Conhe\u00e7a o Eyer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>SIMASP 2019<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/phelcom.com\/\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/a>O Simp\u00f3sio Internacional Moacyr \u00c1lvaro (SIMASP), promovido pela Universidade Federal de S\u00e3o Paulo (Unifesp), \u00e9 um dos maiores eventos da \u00e1rea de oftalmologia do pa\u00eds.
