Antes de subir seu arquivo, \u00e9 fundamental entender como o sistema processa as informa\u00e7\u00f5es para evitar duplicidades ou erros de cadastro:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Nomes Iguais, Documentos Diferentes:<\/strong> O sistema permite a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pacientes com o mesmo nome e sobrenome, desde que possuam n\u00fameros de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o distintos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao Prontu\u00e1rio e documentos:<\/strong> O EyerCloud evita a duplicidade de documentos. Se houver dois nomes diferentes vinculados ao mesmo n\u00famero de prontu\u00e1rio (ex: Jos\u00e9 e Ana com o PRT001), o sistema criar\u00e1 apenas o paciente que aparecer primeiro na linha da planilha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documento Mandat\u00f3rio:<\/strong> Se a sua cl\u00ednica exige documento obrigat\u00f3rio, o sistema validar\u00e1 a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de Nome + Sobrenome + Documento<\/strong> para garantir que o paciente j\u00e1 n\u00e3o existe na base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Para que a importa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorra sem falhas, siga estas diretrizes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Use o Template Oficial:<\/strong> Baixe o modelo dispon\u00edvel diretamente no site do EyerCloud ou dentro do painel da sua cl\u00ednica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Mantenha a Estrutura:<\/strong> N\u00e3o altere a ordem das colunas e n\u00e3o exclua nenhum cabe\u00e7alho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Campos Opcionais:<\/strong> Se um dado n\u00e3o for obrigat\u00f3rio, voc\u00ea pode deixar a c\u00e9lula em branco sem problemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Paci\u00eancia \u00e9 Chave:<\/strong> Dependendo do volume de dados, o processamento pode levar alguns minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Monitore pelo Sino:<\/strong> N\u00e3o tente iniciar uma nova importa\u00e7\u00e3o sem antes conferir o status da anterio<\/mark><\/strong>r.       Agora que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 conhece as regras, veja como \u00e9 simples realizar o procedimento dentro da plataforma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Acesse a Cl\u00ednica:<\/strong> Fa\u00e7a login e abra a Clinica na qual deseja importar os pacientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Configura\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> No menu lateral ou inferior direito, localize o \u00edcone de “Configura\u00e7\u00f5es”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Aba Cl\u00ednicas:<\/strong> Selecione a clinica e encontre a aba “Cl\u00ednicas”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Se\u00e7\u00e3o Importa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Localize a op\u00e7\u00e3o “Importa\u00e7\u00e3o”<\/strong> para abrir a \u00e1rea de upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Prepare o Arquivo:<\/strong> Preencha a planilha seguindo as colunas pr\u00e9-definidas.\n
