A equipe de suporte ao cliente pode solicitar esses logs, e eles podem ser enviados seguindo as instru\u00e7\u00f5es abaixo: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tela inicial do Eyer, clique no <strong>Menu <\/strong>localizado no canto superior direito e selecione:<br>     . <strong>Configura\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><br>     . <strong>Sistema<\/strong><br>     . <strong>Logs<\/strong><br>     .  <strong>Altere os dois campos clicando na bolinha de &#8220;ERROR&#8221; para &#8220;ALL&#8221;<\/strong><br>     . Pressione o bot\u00e3o verde no canto inferior da tela escrito &#8220;<strong>LOGS<\/strong>&#8220;<br>     . Ent\u00e3o clique no \u00edcone de <strong>avi\u00e3o no canto superior direito<\/strong><br>     . Quando o arquivo for enviado com sucesso, uma mensagem de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o aparecer\u00e1 no rodap\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-text-color
