The white screen problem in Eyer has been generated by an automatic update of the Android system.
Here is how to fix this error.
1. In the Eyer screen swipe down to access the superior menu, click on the Settings icon (gear) on the top right;
2. In the Settings menu, find the option Apps;
3. In the Apps menu, search for Android System WebView app;
4. Click on the three dots on the top right corner and click to Uninstall updates;
5. Force stop in the app;
Turn the device off and on again.
