Para gerar laudos informando apenas os CIDs e uma pequena observa\u00e7\u00e3o, basta adicionar os CIDs necess\u00e1rios no campo <strong>Diagn\u00f3stico (CID 10) <\/strong>e ent\u00e3o utilize o bot\u00e3o <strong>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> para informar o texto desejado.
