As imagens capturadas com o Eyer s\u00e3o enviadas para o Eyercloud<\/a>, plataforma em nuvem nativa do Eyer ou podem ser enviadas para um servidor externo por meio do protocolo DICOM. Para realizar a configura\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor DICOM em seu Eyer, clique em \u00abOp\u00e7\u00f5es\u00bb<\/strong>, \u00abServidores\u00bb <\/strong>e no \u00edcone \"\"<\/a><\/span> para adicionar e selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o DICOM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Configura\u00e7\u00e3o comum entre os servidores<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para qualquer tipo de servidor, ser\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias algumas informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. A\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Define o comportamento de a\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Prim\u00e1rio:<\/strong> Servidor base de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (EyerCloud). N\u00e3o pode ser removido, apenas desativado;
b. Espelhamento:<\/strong> Toda informa\u00e7\u00e3o gerada pelo equipamento ser\u00e1 sincronizada em todos os servidores de espelhamento, al\u00e9m do servidor prim\u00e1rio;
<\/span>c. <\/span>Conting\u00eancia:<\/strong> Executado apenas quando o prim\u00e1rio falhar;
d. Manual:<\/strong> Ficar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 executado, a menos que seja escolhido manualmente para envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es;
e. Desativado:<\/strong> Servidor ficar\u00e1 inativo;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Nome:<\/strong> Identificador do servidor, n\u00e3o precisa ser \u00fanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Chave:<\/strong> Gerado automaticamente, baseado no nome do servidor. Dever\u00e1 ser \u00fanico e necessita do formato constitu\u00eddo por tr\u00eas caracteres (de A \u00e0 Z apenas mai\u00fasculo) e tr\u00eas n\u00fameros (entre 0 e 9).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configurando servidores DICOM<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para utilizar servidores DICOM, basta adicionar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos servidores para <\/span>armazenamento dos exames (Archive AE) ou as informa\u00e7\u00f5es de servidores de worklist:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. AE Title:<\/strong> Como a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o se identificar\u00e1 no sistema;
2. AET:<\/strong> Identificador do servidor;
3. IP:<\/strong> IP do servidor;
4. Port:<\/strong> Porta de acesso ao servidor;
5. Modality:<\/strong> Utilizado apenas no contexto de worklist, representa o tipo do arquivo DICOM.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Informa\u00e7\u00f5es do arquivo DICOM<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todo exame realizado com o Eyer pode ser convertido seguindo o padr\u00e3o DICOM, gerando um arquivo de extens\u00e3o .dcm. Desta forma diversos campos do padr\u00e3o ser\u00e3o preenchidos, estes campos s\u00e3o representados pelas TAGS abaixo:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • PatientID<\/strong> \u2192 Constru\u00eddo a partir do documento mandat\u00f3rio da cl\u00ednica com o <\/span>prefixo definido no campo \u00abPrefixo DICOM\u00bb na tela de sistemas do Eyer. Exemplo:<\/em> Para uma cl\u00ednica registrada com documento mandat\u00f3rio CNS, ser\u00e1 gerado um arquivo DICOM com PatientID<\/strong> valendo \u00abphelcom_cnsPaciente\u00bb;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • PatientComments<\/strong> \u2192 Possui uma estrutura JSON com os dados de <\/span>anamnese e dioptria do paciente.
