Doen\u00e7as de base\n. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es do paciente\n. Observa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais\n\nCaso n\u00e3o insira nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o relevante ou deseje adicion\u00e1-la posteriormente ao exame realizado, voc\u00ea pode editar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do exame no EyerCloud. Para isso, siga os passos abaixo:\n1. Acesse o EyerCloud\n2. Na lista de Exames, encontre o exame cujas informa\u00e7\u00f5es voc\u00ea deseja alterar\n3. Na aba \u201cInforma\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, altere o que for necess\u00e1rio\n5.
